Returns Policy:

  • Returns are accepted only in case of valid product defects.

  • Any defect must be reported on the same day of delivery.

  • Requests made after the same day of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories included (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all return requests.

Important Notes:

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.

  • If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate solution based on product availability.
